Production Time
Normal production time for most products is two to three weeks plus shipping time. Rush service is available on many items. Items may be marked to indicate a shorter than normal production time. Please call our office for details and applicable charges
Payment Terms
Payment is due with order. We accept company check, VISA, Master Card and Discover.
Prices
Prices are per piece based upon quantity ordered. Except where otherwise noted, prices include a one color, one location imprint. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification.
Minimum Orders
Less than minimum quantities are available for most products. Less-than-minimum orders typically incur an extra charge.
Overruns/Underruns
As is standard in the industry, we must reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered.
Shipping Charges
Unit Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory.
Imprint
Except where otherwise noted, prices include your custom design in one standard color imprinted in one imprint location. There is normally an additional charge for two or more color imprints, PMS color matches or imprint in more than one location. If possible, please send camera-ready artwork with your order.
There is No Charge for resizing camera-ready art. Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared black and white rendering of your logo or desired imprint. Photocopies and FAX transmissions are typically not camera-ready and must be re-done. If you don't have camera-ready art, our art department can prepare your artwork for an additional $40.00 per hour.
