    General/Company

    What is your phone number and operating hours?
    You can call us at 1-800-662-7538 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. You can send a fax (573-483-9747) or email at any time.

    What about privacy and security?
    No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times. Most experts consider that ordering securely on the internet is as safe or safer than giving your information over the phone or to stores. Visa has a Zero Liability policy and most other credit card companies limit your liability to $50 or less in the case of fraudulent use of your card.

    Products/Ordering

    Can you print jobs that are different than the standard formats that you offer?
    Yes. Use our form on the Custom Pieces page to request a quote on any job that doesn't fit our standard formats.

    How do I order multiple pieces?
    To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different printed piece you want produced. For example, if you want 3 different products, T-Shirts, Caps and Pens then you will have to place 3 orders.

    What kind of Material will my job be printed on?
    We have several material types available, depending on what you are ordering. On T-Shirts you may want 100% Cotton or 50/50, you may want Pocketed "T's". On caps you may want a High Profile or a Low Profile, you might want a cotton twill or a wool material. Perhaps you want embroidery or Silk Screened imprint. There are many choices. The individual pricing pages show available options for the particular item you are interested in. If you require precise color match, there will be additional fees (starting at $36.00), we will produce and send you a hard proof via overnight delivery. When you approve and return the proof, we will strive to match the color of the proof when printing your final piece.

    Is there a charge for making screens for screen printing?
    On some products there are, that will be disclosed on the order page. However, there is never a screen charge on products produced in our plant, Clothing items and on pages where it denotes NO SCREEN CHARGES.

    Is there a discount if I re-order my job?
    Yes, in the case of set-up charges for producing art or for Digitizing an embroidery tape. Once we have the tape you will not be charged for it again unless you wish to modify the tape or art work.

    How do I place an order and have my graphic designer upload my files separately?
    You may send your file on a CD, Zip, 3.5 disc or you may E-Mail art to us by sending it to "artdept@jcn1.com" Give your Company Name and Address and the products you are ordering when e-mailing your order.

    How long does it take for me to get the products I order?
    Once you have placed your order and approved your artwork you can normally expect your product to ship within 2 to 3 weeks. If it will take longer we will notify you at the time of order.

    How can I get my order even faster?
    You may authorize UPS over night or second day air or in some cases we can speed up delivery by putting on a rush on the products for an additional charge. Let us know your needs and we will let you know what it will take to speed up your order.

    Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?
    Most of the time, we ship you slightly more than you ordered. On occasion, we ship slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. Printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 5%. If you plan to send your print order to a mailing list or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 5% over the minimum quantity you need.

    What if I want to change something on my order after I've placed it or approved the proof?
    We require an electronic "paper trail" for all changes made after your initial order is placed. You may make changes to such things as quantity, shipping method, or shipping address by going to the Change Order Request page. Please note that some changes cannot be made after certain stages in the production process -- for instance, the quantity cannot be changed once your job has been printed.

    File Preparation

    Can I send you documents created in MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Quark, Photoshop or Corel Draw?
    Absolutely! If you have created documents in any of the above programs that contain photos, clip-art, or other color images, send them in. Same great service, same great pricing.

    What types of storage media do you accept?
    We can take your files on a CD, Zip or 3.5 disc.
